After a distinguished history of 18 years, Ten Forward General Manager, Kenneth Lee, and their staff celebrate in style at the CES, in Las Vegas, of their Rip Cord dynamo patent approval.

The Rip Cord Dynamo patent taken to grant were design patent and utility patent. Patent approval extends to USA, Europe, UK, France, China and Hong Kong.

‘We are very excited on the patents granted on our rip cord dynamo technology. We hope the new technology will give us and the buyers a competitive edge in offering non-conventional hand crank dynamo applications. We will continue to study how the rip cord technology can be applied to more innovative product design,’ says Lee.

The next move from Ten Forward is to deliver clear messages to infringers to stop their rip cord promotion to buyers and to take their product off their website.

Ten Forward admits that there is still a lot of work to be done in dealing proactively and effectively with infringers in the market, especially in China. They hope the buyers will appreciate intellectual property rights and will only buy from legitimate suppliers and not just focus on price.
