Upon initial contact, one of our Customer Service representatives will give you a quick call to discuss possible business opportunities between us.
Our Sales Manager will then be assigned to follow up your daily inquiries i.e. pricing, delivery times, shipping costs, etc.
Each and every order shall be confirmed by our official document: Pro-forma Invoice, stating the delivery and payment terms. Commercial Invoice and Packing List will accompany every shipment.
